Hexagram Wall Shelf - Elemental Series

Handcrafted Geometric Shelf for Candles, Crystals, Plants & Sacred Objects

The Hexagram Shelf is a hand-built wall shelf formed from two interlocking triangles, creating a balanced six-pointed geometry inspired by elemental harmony, sacred design, and practical beauty. Each piece is cut, assembled, painted, and finished by hand, making every shelf a functional art object rather than a mass-produced fixture.

Designed to hold candles, crystals, small plants, tarot decks, incense, or personal keepsakes, this shelf works equally well as a ritual altar, display shelf, or striking geometric accent for any room. No two shelves are ever exactly alike.

I got the idea for this from a couple of pieces of wood that were actually three pieces of wood nailed together, and it felt like there couldn’t possibly be another reason for them to exist other than to give me the blueprint for making these shelves. The hexagram, predates, any religion or country, and has everything to do with the joining of opposites to create something greater than the sum of their parts.this translates to the divine masculine and feminine, as well as the Hermetic laws. You can also see the symbols for the elements embedded in the triangle, and painting them their respective colors in this particular way, simply felt like the most obvious thing to do.

Two Distinct Series

Each Hexagram Shelf belongs to one of two intentional series. This is not a gimmick. It reflects how the shelves are actually made.

Elemental Series

The Elemental Series is built around the four classical elements. These shelves are refined, intentional, and color-balanced through careful layering and experimentation.

• Ideal for altars, meditation spaces, or cohesive decor themes

Because these are hand-painted and mixed in small batches, each Elemental shelf is unique while still clearly belonging to its element.

You are not buying a factory color.

You are buying a finished interpretation of an element.

About the Experimental Series

In addition to the Elemental Series, a limited number of Experimental Hexagram Shelves are created during open-ended build sessions where color, texture, and finish are not predetermined. These one-of-one pieces are released separately and are never recreated.

• Lightweight yet sturdy - wood glue, 12 brad nails, + 3 giant screws

Each shelf is inspected and finished individually. Minor inconsistencies, brush texture, and natural wood variationmake them infinitely more interesting than another factory or sweatshop product.

Built from six boards, each measuring approximately 10.5 inches on the longest side, creating a compact wall shelf with a balanced, geometric footprint.
